Before you start
Do my crews need to download an app?
No. PlowDesk runs in the browser on any phone. Crews create a login, enter your join code and see the board.
How long does setup take?
Add your prices, crews and customers, and you're ready for the next storm. Most of it is pasting in your client list.
What happens in summer?
Switch to Lawn season for weekly routes, pause your plan when the snow stops, or use the season pass and pay only for winter.
Can I change my prices?
Yes. Set your own rate per service and driveway size, plus your surcharges for heavy and deep snow.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time through the support chat on any page. During the 14-day trial you pay nothing. After that, your plan stops at the end of the month you already paid for.
Do you give refunds?
If PlowDesk doesn't work for you in your first paid month, tell us in the support chat within 30 days of that charge for a full refund.
